Teflon coating (TF02)

The company offers an innovative Teflon immersion coating, a Dupont product for which DonVi has absolute exclusive rights in Italy. Teflon coating is particularly suitable for galvanic processes with temperatures above 160°C. .

PTFE is marked by a number of peculiar characteristics, such as:

• Complete chemical inertia so it is not attacked by almost none of the chemical compounds;
• Total insolubility in water and in any organic solvent;
• Outstanding fire resistance qualities: it does not propagate flames;
• Excellent surface smoothness properties: the friction coefficient is the lowest amongst industrial products;
• Non-stick.
