Internal Cryogenic Plant

DonVi costantly exerts itself to improve its products and production processes while ensuring its customers experience, high quality and competitive prices. It is not by chance that the company was the first and only in Italy to equip itself with an internal cryogenic plant to remove coatings from the galvanic equipment.

The frames are dipped in liquid nitrogen tanks at a temperature of -196°C to then be sanded; this procedure allows the old coating to be removed without altering the structure of the frame. What is essential is the eco-sustainability of the cryogenic plant, which drastically reduces air pollution.
